Her career began on Wall Street, where she discovered her passion for strategic, hands-on leadership. She transitioned into retail media, focusing on the CPG and Health & Wellness industries, and has since collaborated with top brands such as Bacardi, LinkedIn, Kayco, Cleanlogic, Nature’s Way, and Lenny & Larry’s.
Shari’s career took off when she led the CPG vertical at a video-content company, scaling operations, and capturing significant market share. Later, as Chief Growth Officer at a video production agency, she played a key role in marketing strategy, brand development, and infrastructure growth, with her brand-building campaigns generating over $10M in sales throughout her career.
